Established in 1981 by leading social work clinicians and scholars to fill the gap in advanced clinical education, ICSW’s well-respected doctoral program is designed specifically for practicing clinicians. At ICSW, the focus is on clinical practice in classes, in research, and in a unique practicum program, which allows students to meet individually with ICSW’s exceptional faculty to advance their clinical and research skills. Study on-site or on-line in our accredited doctoral program, or participate in our Inquiring Minds Program, Advanced Clinical Practice, or Professional Enrichment Series. ICSW now also offers a new clinical master’s degree program in clinical counseling and psychotherapy, which also provides an exclusively clinical focus in coursework and field placements.
